As a Team Assistant in Account Management (m/f/d), you are the organizational backbone of our team and help lay the foundation for our success. While our Account Managers focus on building new partner relationships and driving strategic projects, you ensure they have the support they need to thrive. You guarantee smooth processes, act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, and make sure that important information reaches the right place at the right time.

Your mission: Strengthen the team, optimize processes, and serve as a central anchor to build the foundation for our shared growth – helping to take our partner model to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact: You’re the first touchpoint for our partners, handling inquiries professionally via email and our service desk while ensuring fast and helpful solutions.

  • Performance reporting & analysis support: You’re responsible for preparing regular reports on business and assortment performance. By compiling relevant KPIs, you provide the data foundation that enables our Account Managers to make strategic decisions.
  • Administrative excellence: You actively support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks, such as preparing contracts or conducting market research.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with Account Managers and other teams (e.g., Logistics, Tech, Legal), you ensure a smooth flow of information and help drive internal processes forward.
  • Reporting support: You assist in the preparation of reports and analyses to help the team maintain a clear overview of all relevant metrics.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

  • Initial work experience in an administrative, supportive, or coordinating role – ideally in a dynamic environment such as e-commerce or an online marketplace.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, is a given for you.
  • You’re able to stay on top of things even with a wide range of tasks and work in a highly structured and reliable manner.
  • You bring a strong hands-on mentality, initiative, and resilience.
  • You're a true team player with strong communication skills and a passion for proactively supporting your colleagues.
  • Since you'll be part of an international team, fluent English skills are essential. German would be nice to have.
