Your Tasks
As Team Lead CMI for Derma & Health Care at Beiersdorf, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands and driving consumer-centric strategies across our diverse portfolio. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
• Drive consumer first thinking & consumer centricity within the Derma & Health Care organization
• Serving as a strategic business partner to develop and steer a unified global brand strategy for Eucerin and Health Care/Hansaplast.
• Plan, steer and monitor strategy, innovation and best-in-class market research projects
• Drive the digital transformation of Beiersdorf’s global market research unit with frontrunner state-of the art market research approaches
• Embrace (digital) consumer centricity: actively fueling the business with consumer insights; drive usage of new tools & technologies (AI, NLP, machine-learning etc.)
• Take a leading role in identifying lose data points, connect the dots between different data sources, identify patterns by smart analyses and derive actionable consumer insights for the business.
• Untap the potential of big consumer data with the help of AI-based solutions for next level consumer insighting
• Disciplinary lead of a team with 4 direct reports
