Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) –

For our rapidly growing AI startup, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to successfully manage complex customer integrations from planning to go-live. You have in-depth experience with common enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft/Azure environments) and ensure that our AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into the existing enterprise systems of our SME customers—a key role for our continued growth.

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a central role in our customers’ success. You will manage a wide range of technical integration projects and coordinate between product, IT, and key account management. At the same time, you will continuously develop our processes and ensure that we exceed customer expectations through intelligent project coordination. You will be able to solve complex technical challenges in different environments – exactly what is crucial in our growth phase.

As part of this dynamic team, you will work directly with our founding team, developers, and key account managers – in a young team that is growing rapidly and is absolutely crucial to the success of the company.

Technical project management and customer integrations

• Planning and coordination of technical integrations at customer sites
• Creation of project plans with clear schedules and resource allocation
• Development and implementation of QA processes and go-live tests

Cross-team coordination & support management

• Networking between key account management, product & dev
• Proactive identification and resolution of project-related obstacles
• Collection and translation of customer feedback into technical specifications for the development team
• Prioritization and tracking of support tickets related to customer implementations
• Moderation of escalation processes for technical issues

Documentation and knowledge transfer

• Creation and maintenance of technical project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Development of technical guidelines for recurring integration scenarios
• Ensuring knowledge transfer between projects for continuous process improvement

Your experience & knowledge

You have the technical understanding and communication skills to mediate between developers and customers.

• Professional background : Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, business administration, or comparable fields
• AI affinity : You have already worked with LLMs and prompt engineering and understand how to unlock the potential of these technologies for customers.
• Microsoft/Azure expertise: You feel at home in dynamic tech environments – you love it when not every day is the same
• Technical integration expertise : You are confident in the world of modern interfaces and authentication methods—from REST APIs and single sign-on (SSO) to Azure AD Groups Management. You have already successfully completed data migration projects and know what is important when it comes to securely connecting enterprise systems.
• Startup DNA : You feel at home in dynamic tech environments—you love it when every day is different.
• Agile methodology : You are familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as Jira/Confluence, and know how to drive projects forward in a structured manner.
• Communication : You communicate fluently in German and English and can present yourself professionally in front of customers.
