What you´ll do

• Create omni channel, trade marketing strategy in line with long term brand strategy based on different GTM approaches
• Build ongoing trade marketing programs & content behind for each sales cycle to contribute to brand growth
• Develop listing propositions inclusive of promotions for each sales cycles in line with sales & distribution objectives
• Steer excellence in implementation of global innovations
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
• Collect insights from the countries and also look for out-of-box opportunities to increase brand saliency
• Support Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
• Ensure that the Brand CI and brand values / equity are properly implemented across all channels/materials

What makes you a good fit

• Master Level studies in Marketing/Business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Interested in B2B hair care / hairdressing industry and in eCommerce
• Strong appreciation for aesthetics and design
• Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded personality with high level of independence
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
