Treasury Manager - Trade Finance (f/m/d)

Are you a Trade Finance expert with a passion for precision and global collaboration? We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Treasury Manager to strengthen our Treasury team with deep expertise in bond/guarantee operations and advisory. As part of a small, agile Treasury team, you will take ownership of specialized Trade Finance topics with high complexity and visibility. The role offers remote work flexibility from either Germany or Spain.

Your Tasks

• Manage outbound bank guarantees and Parent Company Guarantees, including complex contractual setups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive bond release processes in close collaboration with Commercial Project Management
• Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance, advising business units and interfacing with cross-functional teams
• Support digitalization initiatives in Trade Finance and handle related administrative responsibilities

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in international Trade Finance, ideally in large corporates or banking environments
• Proven expertise in guarantee management, including complex international structures
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Comfortable working in an international setup
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Academic degree is not essential – we value specialized practical experience
