Validation Engineer (m/f/d) - NVH & Vibration Analysis for Wind Turbines

YOUR TASKS

As part of the Global Engineering department – Test & Prototype division – you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities related to vibration measurements on wind turbines:

• Planning, installation, and execution of vibration measurements on wind turbines and their components (e.g., gearboxes)
• Analysis and documentation of measurement results
• Collaboration with system departments to develop and optimize turbines, systems, and operating strategies
• Independent management of projects, including coordination with international partners and external measurement service providers
• Continuous development of the tools and methods used
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
• Experience in the field of Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH), ideally in heavy industry
• Certification according to DIN ISO 18436-2 Category II or higher is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills (e.g., using Famos, Python, Matlab, Excel)
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work at heights, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel occasionally (including internationally)
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and intercultural competence
