Videographer / Video Editor Marketing Communications (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
What if you could bring a global brand to life through impactful visual storytelling across EMEA? As a Videographer / Video Editor Marketing Communications (f/m/x), you will create high-quality multimedia content that strengthens the Sysmex brand across internal and external channels. As part of the Marketing Communications team, you will manage end-to-end productions and ensure professional execution across digital platforms. Your key responsibilities include:
- Contributing creative ideas and visual concepts to enhance Sysmex’s storytelling across the EMEA region
- Planning and executing video productions end-to-end including product marketing videos, social media content, documentaries, testimonials, event coverage, and explainer formats
- Collaborating closely with project management, design, and copywriting teams to understand briefs, challenge requirements where appropriate, and deliver effective multimedia solutions
- Developing multimedia, motion design, and animated content that translates the Sysmex brand, values, and messaging into compelling visual formats
- Managing studio and on-location productions, including lighting setup, audio recording, scripting support, and organisation of raw footage
- Performing post-production activities such as video and audio editing, motion graphics integration, colour correction, titling, voice-over and music editing, as well as structured media asset management
- Delivering final multimedia assets across digital platforms, ensuring technical quality, format optimisation, and brand consistency
- Supporting regional campaigns and special projects in close collaboration with international stakeholders
Your profile
You are a strong match for this role if you are passionate about visual storytelling and thrive in a dynamic, international environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree or professional qualification in film production, media design, multimedia production, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of proven professional experience in end-to-end video and multimedia production, preferably within marketing communications or an agency environment
- Strong storytelling and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling, brand-aligned visual content
- Proven expertise in filming (studio and on-location), lighting and audio production, as well as advanced post-production including editing, motion graphics, sound design, and captioning
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including presets and project templates
- Experience delivering multimedia content across digital platforms and collaborating with international stakeholders in fast-paced project environments
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region for on-site productions and events
- Highly creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English required
