DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Administrative Unterstützung der operativen Logistik im Tagesgeschäft in den Bereichen Einkauf, Operations und Supply Chain in der Region Central
• Anlegen, Überwachen und Nachverfolgen von Dienstleistungsbestellungen
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
• Buchungen von nationalen und internationalen Warenbewegungen der Hauptkomponenten im SAP
• Erstellen von nationalen und internationalen Transportdokumenten
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung

DEIN PROFIL:

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Logistik sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) sowie idealerweise SAP
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, auch bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
