DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management

You support our logistics team in developing processes, maintaining tracking tools, and preparing data for global initiatives. With your analytical mindset and interest in digital workflows, you help improve transparency, data quality and process efficiency across logistics sourcing and cost management.

YOUR TASKS

• Contribute to process and tool development by updating SharePoint‑based tracking systems and documenting logistics sourcing processes and standards
• Support logistics cost and data analysis by collecting, validating, preparing and updating cost‑tracking tools, and contributing to ongoing global logistics initiatives
• Assist in internal data cleanup and standardization to ensure accuracy, consistency and readiness for analytics and reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar) or equivalent
• Interest in logistics processes, data analysis and digital tools
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally SharePoint or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset, structured working style and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented, reliable and motivated to work with process and data topics
