Working Student Artists Booking (m/f/d)

• Current studies in the field of event or service management
• First professional experience in the field of event, administration and/or event management
• Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team

• Support with contract preparation, review, processing and forwarding of submitted forms and manifests
• Support in the planning, creation and management of all artist cabins 2025 and 2026
• Assisting in the preparation of briefings for the specialist departments on land and on board
• Assisting with the scheduling of guest artists, editors, edutainers and authors as well as ensuring all on-board media for these professional groups
• Supporting the Guest Artists Booking department in day-to-day operations
