Join us as a Working Student Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our App Domain on a shared journey that matters!

The App domain unites the teams that deliver the app functionalities to the riders and the white label app to our B2B and B2G customers. The app includes the end-to-end flow from sign-up over the actual trip booking and payment to authentication and accompaniment in the AD vehicle as well as giving feedback on the trip.

The role and your impact at MOIA

• Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with statistical methods.
• Analyze transactional data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, sales performance, and product performance.
• Automate recurring analytical tasks, e.g., related to marketing data pipelines and performance tracking.
• Define KPIs and implement them in our business reporting.

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.

What will help you to fulfill your role

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program for at least 12 more months, preferably Data or Tech specific.
• Proficiency in a language like Python/R and SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
• A foundational understandings of statistics and experimentation methods.
• Understanding cloud platforms e.g. AWS is a plus.
• You enjoy analyzing large data sets, create data visualizations and communicate complex findings to different audiences.
• Fluent (C1) English is essential.

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 25 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
