• Administrative support for operational tasks during the reservation and for logistical issues
• Operational support for inbound activities
• Supporting the demo coordinators in processing service cases (repairs or reordering missing items) and
  initiating demo returns
• Close coordination and communication with Warehouse and the demo coordinators
• Communication with TM's and S&M regarding reminders in the event of a missing return
• Administrative and physical support for Pool Additions (creation of new sets)

-In particular the ordering process for the set parts and the layout planning of the case design

-In addition the physical "Build Up" and the "GoLive" switching (system bookability) of the newly created
set

• Engineering studies (preferably mechanical engineering/scientific studies and/or engineering)
• "Hands on" mentality and affinity for measurement technology and planning control software
• Experience with technical devices such as microscopy and/or measurement technology would be desirable
• Understanding of quality requirements
