Your Tasks
The "Global License Management" function serves as the central internal contact for all software licensing topics within Beiersdorf AG. This includes ensuring license compliance, advising on license metrics, and the central procuring and managing software licenses.
As a working student in Finance & Software Asset Management, you will gain insights into compliance and financial governance processes within a globally operating DAX company. You will actively support the implementation of licensing strategies and contribute to optimizing cost and risk structures.
Join our team and support us with the following tasks:
- Assist in internal compliance projects with financial relevance
- Support the implementation of a software asset management tool, including cost and license evaluation
- Document and verify new license master data in IT tools with a financial focus
- Create reports and presentations on license usage and budget development
- Contribute to the development of compliance reporting from a finance perspective
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field with a focus on Finance
- Officially enrolled during the entire duration of the working student activity
- Interest in IT topics and their financial evaluation
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
