Your Tasks
• HR Data & Reporting:
Support the preparation, development, and ongoing improvement of HR reports and dashboards with a focus on HR reporting and HR controlling (e.g. headcount, FTE, personnel costs, KPIs, trends and forecasts).
• CSRD & Sustainability Reporting:
Contribute to the preparation and alignment of HR-related data for CSRD and sustainability reporting, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• HR Controlling:
Assist in the controlling support of HR, help to link HR data with financial and business perspectives and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Participate in global HR reporting and controlling projects (e.g. reporting harmonization, KPI frameworks). Bring in your own ideas to help improve processes, reports, and data structures.
Your Profile
• Enrolled student in business administration, HR management, controlling, economics, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field during the working student period.
• Strong interest in HR data, HR reporting, and controlling, and in understanding how people data supports business decisions.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of structure, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with SuccessFactors or other HR, analytics, or BI systems is a plus.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German or additional languages are a plus.
• Ideally first experience in an international working environment (e.g. internship, working student role).
• Confident and clear communicator, able to tailor information to different stakeholders and target groups.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to take responsibility and learn in a dynamic environment.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
