Our LAYBELS team is responsible for the operational and financial processes behind our celebrity collections and exclusive collaborations. We work with well-known personalities from the worlds of fashion, music, and entertainment and jointly develop successful, exclusive products that are available only at ABOUT YOU.

As a Working Student in LAYBELS Operations & Finance (m/f/d), you will support the team in its day-to-day business, optimize existing processes, and gain deep insights into business models, financial workflows, and the interplay between Operations, Finance, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and analyzing supplier invoices

• Evaluating reports and preparing analyses
• Supporting the creation and optimization of existing Excel templates
• Maintaining and regularly updating company-specific tools
• Collaborating with and occasionally supporting other LAYBELS departments

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable business-related field

• Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models
• Experience with Excel
• Analytical mindset and a structured, independent way of working
• Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data
• Quick comprehension skills and motivation to learn new tools and topics
