Marketing at exmox is data-driven and performance-focused - spanning influencer, affiliate, and performance channels, powered by experimentation and fast feedback loops.

As a Working Student – Marketing (m/f/x), you’ll take full ownership from idea to execution. You’re passionate about social media and creative content, and you’re eager to craft content that truly connects with audiences across Germany and international markets.

What you’ll do:

• Create and own organic social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, to promote our apps, reaching audiences across Germany and international markets.
• Bring your ideas to life – develop creative content inspired by current trends and competitor insights that make a real impact.
• Grow and engage our community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and driving follower growth.
• Support the marketing team with daily tasks and campaigns, contributing wherever you can add value.

Your profile

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field, based in Hamburg or the greater Hamburg area.
• Live and breathe social media - especially TikTok and Instagram. Ideally, you already have your own accounts and are comfortable creating Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content.
• Independent & creative – you take ownership, make things happen, and communicate your ideas clearly.
• Curious & motivated – you love tackling real-world challenges and learning fast.
• Fluent in English, with German as a strong plus.

Ideally, you can support us between 16-20 hours per week.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
