• You drive the management and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement
• You collaborate with national and international teams, providers, and partners to proactively enhance learning initiatives
• You drive the ongoing development, maintenance, and technical support of the LMS and our different learning solutions while providing guidance to LMS users worldwide
• You assist in coordinating classroom training sessions and facilitating the implementation of e-learning programs
• You contribute to Learning & Development projects by handling diverse administrative tasks and streamlining processes
• You are responsible for developing innovative solutions, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline Learning & Development processes through AI-tools

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a closely related field.
• You have a strong interest in Organizational Learning & Development.
• Ideally, you bring initial hands-on experience in L&D, HR, or event coordination.
• You are enthusiastic about exploring new learning trends, digital systems, and AI-powered solutions
• Your communication skills and creativity empower you to engage learners and contribute to initiatives
• You possess very good written and spoken English, demonstrate high reliability, strong organizational skills, and work with close attention to detail.
• You can present complex issues in a simple and understandable way,
• You have a structured and analytical approach to your work and are able to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach
