Join our dynamic Project Controlling Governance team at Siemens Gamesa, where your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the future of renewable energy! As a Working Student, you will support the team in delivering insightful portfolio views and reporting to management, enabling fact-based decision-making. You’ll engage in various administrative tasks, streamline processes, and assist in data analysis, all while collaborating with colleagues across our five Offshore hubs. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of project controlling tools and processes to drive efficiency.
• Assist in preparing monthly portfolio reports for internal partners, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and management, consolidating information from various sources to support decision-making.
• Participate in internal projects and help organize workshops that foster collaboration and innovation.
• Manage your workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and supporting ad-hoc requests as needed.

 

What You Bring

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or are at the beginning of your Master’s degree in business administration, finance, corporate reporting, or a related field.
• Your outgoing and curious nature drives you to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, while also being able to work independently.
• Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail ensure that processes are followed meticulously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, is essential; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; good command of German is highly beneficial.

 

About the Team

The Project Controlling Governance team is a newly established function within the Finance Offshore Execution Project Management team. Our mission is to enhance governance on systems and processes for project controlling while supporting the Commercial Project Management team in standardizing cost analysis and important metric reporting across our global Offshore hubs.
