Ihre Aufgaben

- Prepare and consolidate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) analysis findings to support business review meetings and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze KPI data
- Maintain, update, and enhance existing dashboards (e.g., in Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Contribute to projects aimed at automating reporting processes and improving data quality
- Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure efficient data integration and utilization
- Support the development and regular updates of training materials and user manuals
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support ongoing business needs and projects

Ihre Qualifikationen

- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d)
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data, with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with interpersonal and communication skills
- This position requires 40% on-site presence at our Hamburg office; therefore, residence in the Hamburg area is desirable
