Deine Aufgaben

- Monitor and analyze devices used in trainings, conferences, or hospitals to identify the stage in the demonstration process where they became unaccounted for
- Work closely with warehouses, sales teams, transport companies, and customer representatives to retrieve missing devices
- Organize the virtual scrapping process for devices deemed irretrievable and ensure appropriate financial adjustments are applied in alignment with regional accountability
- Arrange repairs and schedule annual maintenance services for demonstration devices. Forward cost estimates to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approvals
- Order new demonstration and loaner devices and track open orders to ensure timely delivery
- Support master data management to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Conduct small projects to improve processes in the area of asset management

Deine Qualifikationen

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Initial experience in supply chain or logistics, or a strong interest in inventory management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with inventory management systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage but not required
- Structured and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Open-mindedness, strong communication skills, and a pronounced team spirit
