Working Student (f/m/x) – Supply Planning & Purchasing

Your responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management and monthly planning, ensuring accurate stock levels and forecasting.
• Support operational purchasing activities, including order processing, delivery tracking, and supplier coordination.
• Help streamline communication and information flow between Supply Planning, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting to improve decision-making and optimize processes.
• Collaborate on process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field).
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain management and purchasing, providing valuable insights into real-world processes.
