YOUR OPPORTUNITY WITH US:

We offer you a varied position as a commercial employee (m/f/d) in the internal sales department at the Hammah site, where you can combine your experience in the food sector – whether in the canteen kitchen , as a chef , kitchen supervisor or in food wholesale – with your interest in customer service and sales. Your tasks

• Customer relationship management: You will maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing competent and friendly advice and support in the sales environment (B2B sales), always focusing on a high level of customer satisfaction
• Customer order entry: You enter customer orders in our merchandise management system, which are received by telephone, online, by fax or electronically
• Active sales: With your experience as a chef, you will support the active sales process by providing individual customer advice. Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the industry, you will ensure that our customers’ needs are met in the best possible way
• Communication interface: You independently coordinate our customers’ concerns with the sales force and internal teams to ensure an optimal solution
• Administrative tasks: You will reliably take on administrative tasks such as maintaining master data
• Complaint management: You process complaints, analyze causes and forward targeted suggestions for improvement to the relevant departments

Your profile

• You have a commercial qualification and/or training as a chef/kitchen supervisor or comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in gastronomy, canteen kitchens or food retail and have already gained initial experience in customer service and sales in the food sector
• You are characterized by your strong communication skills, customer and service orientation
• You are adept at working with merchandise management systems and are proficient in common MS Office applications
• Independence and organizational skills are a matter of course for you
• You complement the team perfectly with your pleasant and team-oriented way of working
