What your tasks will be

• Data analysis and interpretation:Evaluation of internal data sources to understand business processes and identify optimization potential.
• Dashboard creation:Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, preferably with Zoho, to visualize KPIs and other relevant business data.
• Data preparation:Preparing and structuring data for further processing by data engineers and other stakeholders.
• Reporting:Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management with recommendations for action based on data analysis.
• Process optimization:Identification of weak points in business processes and development of suggestions for improvement.
• Collaboration with business departments:Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements and develop solutions.

What you should bring with you

• Professional experience:3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar position, ideally in the education sector.
• Data Analysis:In-depth knowledge of analyzing large amounts of data and deriving business insights.
• Dashboard tools:Experience in creating dashboards, preferably with Zoho Analytics or similar tools.
• Data visualization:Ability to present complex data in an understandable and appealing way.
• Analytical skills:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• IT skills:Familiarity with database queries (e.g. SQL) and data management.
• Teamwork:Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams.
