We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in the military and aerospace (Mil/Aero) industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive the development of the assigned sales region through proactive customer care and strategic new customer acquisition. The role can be performed hybrid, remote and on-site at one of our Heilind offices.

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including revenue, gross margin, quotation management and follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Support and development of existing customers, as well as active acquisition of new customers via phone and digital tools

• Technical consultation and design-in support at customer sites

• Ongoing collaboration and information exchange with the Inside Sales team

• Continuous market and competitive analysis to support current and future projects

Your Profile

• Strong market and product knowledge in the electronic components industry

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on relationship management

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and independent working style

• Commercial education or technical training combined with several years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in English
