Your responsibilities
Creative freedom: You will be responsible for the operational implementation and further development of all time management processes in SAP HCM – from system adaptation to process optimisation.
Variety guaranteed: You will implement company and collective agreements, create internal work instructions and ensure efficient processes.
Teamwork & innovation: You will work closely with colleagues from HR, payroll and IT, contribute new ideas and keep our expertise up to date.
Communication & training: You will be the point of contact for all questions relating to time management, conduct training sessions and ensure the smooth transfer of knowledge.
Quality & control: You will carry out various checks and support the payroll teams in complicated cases.
Process documentation: You will develop templates, process descriptions and content for our HR online portal.
Project work: You will get involved in exciting HR projects and take an active role in shaping our time management system.
Your profile
A completed commercial apprenticeship or qualification in human resources/payroll accounting
Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally with a focus on time management
In-depth knowledge of tax and social security law
Analytical thinking, initiative and a desire to make things happen
Strong communication skills, team spirit and service orientation
Confident use of MS Office and SAP HCM
Very good German and good English skills
