Hankook Tire Europe Technical Center (ETC) based in Hannover, Germany is one of Hankook Tire’s five global R&D centers (along with Korea, United States, Japan, China) and is responsible for the development and testing of tire solutions for European road conditions – working together with premium European vehicle manufacturers. Indoor test operation and quality control for European tire production in Hungary are also controlled by ETC.

OE Tire Development Engineer

(m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Develop high-performance tires independently for the European original equipment
• Manage and monitor the development process up to market launch
• Serve as technical contact for our customers in the automotive industry
• Collaborate with our R&D Center in South Korea

Your Profil:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
• Proven Experience in the development of tires for original equipment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in an international work environment
• Ability to work independently, high resilience, and flexibility
• Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; German and/or French would be beneficial
