We have been organizing the iF DESIGN AWARD since 1954. With more than 10,000 entries from 70 countries every year, it is one of the largest and most prestigious design awards in the world. Our website www.ifdesign.com is a global platform for designers and architects, for design-oriented companies, for design enthusiasts and for representatives of the press and media. It brings together over 55,000 iF award-winning designs and is regularly accessed by visitors from more than 100 countries.
As soon as possible, for our headquarters in Hannover, we are looking for an additional:

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the planning, organization and implementation of the annual iF DESIGN AWARD.

• Active cooperation with international clients and service providers.

• Preparation of the iF DESIGN AWARD jury, in particular coordination of the submission process and management of various service providers.

• Conceptual development of the iF DESIGN AWARD in the following years.

Qualifications:

• Completed training and 3 years of professional experience as an event manager or a comparable profession or degree.

• Independent, proactive, service-oriented, conscientious and collegial way of working.

• Strong organizational skills, flexibility and, where required, the ability to improvise.

• Good written and spoken English and German.

• Sound knowledge of the common MS Office products.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Passion and enthusiasm for design topics and a creative approach to implementation.
