Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance & Accounting, Reinsurance Accounting team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Reinsurance Accountant Facultative Reinsurance Business.
You can look forward to
- Processing statements of account and loss advices from facultative reinsurance business
- Correspondence and reconciliation with internal interfaces and external customers
- Quarterly closing activities
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments
You come equipped with
- Initial professional experience in accounting (e.g. from the areas of insurance, banking, tax)
- Degree in business administration or commercial training / training as a certified insurance practitioner
- Curious to learn more about various IT landscapes and further refine them
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- SAP know-how is an advantage
- Independent user skills in German and English; knowledge of French desirable
- Very good numerical reasoning and capacity for analytical thinking as well as an independent and self-reliant working style
- An assured and service-minded approach to interactions with internal and external customers
