To support our management team, we are looking for a dynamic and reliable assistant who will help shape our daily operations and contribute to the success of the company.
Work Location: currently home office / in the future maybe in Frankfurt
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.
Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a dynamic sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Revenue Growth:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long - term cooperative relationships with automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers (Tier 1/2/3), and technology partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Key Qualifications:
- Work experience: A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technical sales or business development. Familiarity with the technological trends in the automotive industry (such as electrification, autonomous driving, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).
- Technical Competence: Good knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies. Or familiar with functional safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.
- Business Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Willing to travel frequently, strong adaptability.
