1、Key Responsibilities:
1)Strategic Leadership: · Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. · Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.
2)Revenue Growth: · Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. · Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
3)Client Relationship Management:
· Act as the contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues proactively.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
· Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
2、Key Qualifications:
· Work experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technical sales or business development. Familiarity with the technological trends in the automotive industry (such as electrification, autonomous driving, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).
· Technical Competence: cretainknowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies. Or familiar with functional safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262. · Business Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
· Language Skills: Fluent in German and English or Chinese (both written and spoken).
· Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Willing to travel frequently.
Currently 100% home office, in the future, 1-2 days home office/week.
