As a Supply Chain Manager Digital Solutions (m/f/diverse) you will steer the warehouse operations, secure a flawless running end-to-end supply chain process by also built up a strong relationship with suppliers and markets and streamlining logistics cost efficiency through digital processes.

Main Tasks:

Supply chain and logistics operations

• Oversee and steer the end-to-end processes of Digital Solutions supply chain including the whole warehouse operations to ensure a timely delivery to our customers.
• Recheck and improve inventory management, article structure and packaging / recycling of products
• Ensure flawless phase in / out planning for single components and whole solutions together with product management and market organizations

Demand forecasting

• Strategically align supply planning with demand forecasts to ensure efficient inventory management and meet market needs
• Establish a feedback loop to incorporate lessons learned and improve future demand planning processes

Supplier relations

• Conduct regular, detailed evaluations of supplier performance focusing on quality and reliability to ensure adherence to high standards
• Explore technological solutions for improved communication, order processing and data sharing

• Academic degree economics, business administration or equivalent (preferred also Supply Chain Management / Logistics)
• Certified project manager (preferred)
• Frist working experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics
• Advanced communication, moderation, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• SAP knowledge including a strong IT affinity is desirable
• Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
• International experience and intercultural sensitivity
• Experiences in Project Team Leadership
• Experience in change management and leading transformations is valuable
