Your Contribution:

• Overview: You are an experienced team lead in software development who develops innovative technical concepts and supports a dynamic team in an agile environment. • Requirements Analysis: You analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts to successfully implement even the most challenging projects.
• Team Leadership and Support: You lead and coach the development teams, ensuring a high level of quality and guaranteeing adherence to excellent standards throughout the entire development process.
• Code and Architecture Evaluation: You conduct thorough architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to continuously improve code quality and promote innovation and efficiency.

What you bring along:

• Academic Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university. Ideally, you also possess additional certifications in software architecture.
• Leadership Experience: You have several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Your outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly your empathy and excellent communication abilities, foster a positive team dynamic and collaboration.
