Responsibilities arrow_right
- Development of chemical additives for the wood-based panel industry (paper impregnation & fibreboard production)
- Independent laboratory work (synthesis, formulation, application testing)
- Optimization of existing product formulations
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sales and Process Chemistry
- Documentation and presentation of test results and project progress
Qualifications arrow_right
- Completed chemical education with formulation/project experience or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / related field
- 2–3 years professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Strong hands-on laboratory mindset and teamwork orientation
- High standards regarding safety, quality, efficiency and customer focus
