Your role in our team:

• Responsible for parts of the organizations management system
• Organizing the target setting process, scheduling the yearly mastertimeplan
• Facilitating the task management system (ETM) and tracking its deliverables
• Orchestrating the multi-project management and tracking strategic initiatives
• Managing tasks or projects on demand and following up with team members
• Organizing and supporting all relevant management and strategy meetings
• Preparing presentations for the meetings and providing debriefing packages
• Managing the intranet channel and articles for the organization
• Conducting adhoc analysis and reports to support the decision-making
• Acting as a liaison between executive, organization and external partners
• Performing related HR controlling in alignment with HR and Controlling.
• Providing administrative support for the executive with focus on communication, scheduling, documentation and business travels

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, or Business Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, or a related area.
• Good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
• Proven analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Enthusiasm for networking and teamwork. Ability to communicate well through various channels.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence. Fluent in English and German, further languages desirable.
• Hands-on mentality, fast problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy, resilient and confidential in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in using latest workplace technologies in use, willingness to adopt to new digital tools
