Your area of ​​responsibility
Ensuring occupational safety and accident prevention based on relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and rules.
Preparation and moderation of occupational safety committee meetings.
Conducting and documenting risk assessments, analyzing workplace accidents, compiling accident statistics, and developing and implementing suitable measures to prevent hazards together with the specialist departments.
Cooperation with the relevant authorities, employers' liability insurance associations and company doctor.
Conducting recruitment and annual safety briefings, training of managers and safety officers.
Participation in the planning and implementation of changes and new introductions of production processes and facilities.
Creation and updating of work instructions, operating instructions and forms in consultation with management, maintenance of machine data, review of technical documentation, creation and updating of maintenance plans for the upkeep of machines and equipment.
Support in implementing the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines for environmental protection.
They report to the management and represent colleagues in the Technical Administration team.
Participation in ensuring compliance with and further development of operational fire protection, including the organization and execution of fire protection inspections and training sessions.

your qualification
Completed technical training with further education as a technician, master craftsman, and professional experience in a comparable role.
Training as a specialist for occupational safety in accordance with §6 ASiG is desirable.
Knowledge of the application of ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
Independent work style, good organizational skills, teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient use of all MS Office applications.
