For our DMC Division at the Hattersheim location near Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately.
What to Expect:
- Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system
- Coordination of delivery dates in consultation with Logistics & Supply Chain
- Ensuring smooth order processing
- Handling written inquiries and orders
- Processing complaints in collaboration with relevant departments
- Close cooperation with the field sales team & Supply Chain
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
- Communication with customers and internal interfaces (e.g., Logistics, Technical, Service)
What We Expect:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in inside sales
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
- Structured and independent working style
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
