The Division of Molecular Neuropathology is seeking an ambitious data engineer to lead the digital transformation of brain tumor research and diagnostics. As one of the largest neuro-oncology diagnostic institutions, we house a growing SQL database containing a wealth of data from multi-omics studies, histological imaging, and clinical research. This unparalleled resource provides the foundation for advancing diagnostics through data integration and workflow optimization.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team-including physicians, biologists, and computer scientists-you will shape the future of data-driven diagnostics. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and expand our SQL database, improving its usability, scalability, and integration into standardized workflows.
