As part of our mission, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant Working Student (part-time) to support our leadership team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and reliable, who wants to gain experience in office and travel coordination, and general team support within a fast-paced tech environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing team and external meetings and events.

• Support travel bookings and hotel arrangements for executives and visitors.

• Help with processing invoices , reimbursements, and basic expense tracking.

• Assist with document management , including filing and internal organization.

• Provide general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, Communication Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline) or a recent graduate .

• Fluent in German and English.

• Well-organized with good attention to detail.

• Comfortable with basic tools like Microsoft Office.

• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
