Key responsibilities

In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our entire factory logistics operations. This role combines continuous improvement expertise with hands-on process optimization and automation across the complete logistics chain —from goods receipt and warehousing through internal logistics to order processing and outbound dispatch. You will also showcase your expertise by leading projects to improve and sustain business performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Leading improvement projects focused on streamlining logistics workflows at local organizational level

• Process design and optimization of warehouse and distribution operations

• Analyzing logistics data involving customer service, transportation and warehousing. Support logistics KPI framework implementation and drive automation of performance tracking

• Drive digital transformation initiatives and implement automation solutions

• Optimize WMS functionality and system integrations with ERP

• Pilot emerging technologies and benchmark external best practices

• Change Management. Promote awareness and commitment to continuous improvement and digital transformation at all levels

• Coach and mentor logistics teams in improvement methodologies and digital tools

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in logistics operations and process improvement

• Hands-on experience with digitalization or automation projects in logistics/warehouse environments

• Strong project management skills including stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination

• Strong knowledge of Process improvement methodologies

• Experience with WMS and ERP systems

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Digital mindset with passion for innovation

• Results-oriented with focus on measurable improvements

• Fluent in German and English
