(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SuccessFactors Integration

 

MORE THAN A JOB - THAT'S WAI­TING FOR YOU:

• Analysis and further development of existing SuccessFactors, SAP and non-SAP integration architectures in the HR environment
• Recording and improvement of existing business processes, design and conception for the automation of business processes
• Design and development of integration scenarios with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SuccessFactors Integration Center as well as interfaces in SAP HCM with ABAP
• Participation in the further development of our consulting services in the SAP technology environment for HR processes
• Support as an expert in presales for our customers in the selection of the appropriate integration solution

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 2 years of professional experience with integration architectures and interface conception/development
• Knowledge in the technology environment in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SCP integration
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Profound knowledge of HR processes
• Excellent communication skills (German) to present technical complex issues in an understandable way for different target groups
• Knowledge of SAP WebAS as well as SAP interface technologies 
• Willingness to travel in case of customer demand
• You are interested in driving and shaping the development and growth of Empleox
