Then join our Group Communication & Investor Relations Department as Social Media Manager / Content Creator (f/m/d).
You will report to the Head of Communications and be located in our headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
As part of our Group Communications & IR team, you create compelling content in a variety of formats and drive impactful storytelling across our global social media channels. Your will help strengthen our reputation as the frontrunner in carbon neutrality and circular economy within the building materials industry—engaging investors, policymakers, employees, customers, and the public alike.
Manage our global social media channels (Company and CEO LinkedIn, Instagram), significantly boosting reach, engagement, and dialog
Implement state-of-the-art, creative campaigns and create content for our channels, combining text, image, graphics, and video
Drive our integrated social media strategy and editorial planning in close collaboration with the broader communication team and other business partners
Actively manage our social media community and corporate influencer network, fostering meaningful dialogue and interaction
Stay on top of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices, and track our social media activities in line with our 360°, insights-driven communication approach
YOUR PROFILE
You’re a digital native with a hands-on mindset, a sharp eye for trends, and a passion for turning complex topics into compelling, multi-format content engaging communities.
Degree in digital media, communications, or journalism
2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in a creative agency or corporate communications setting
Profound knowledge of all relevant social platforms, digital trends, and communities
Creative storyteller with the right technical skills and a passion for crafting engaging, multi-format content
Excellent writing and verbal skills in German and English (native-level English a plus)
Strong interest in current economic, social, and geopolitical developments
Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders with agility and precision
Highly organized, quality-driven team player with a proactive mindset and preference for fast-paced environments
