• You are responsible for the coordination of invoice processing
• You are responsible for checking, recording, processing and account assignment of incoming invoices
• Preparation, You are responsible for preparing, monitoring and instructing payment transactions
• You are responsible for archiving invoice documents in accordance with the statutory retention periods
• You are responsible for managing vendor correspondence and maintaining master data

• You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also have several years of professional experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You have MS Office knowledge as well as good IT skills in relevant programmes such as SAP R/3 (module FI, CO, MM, SD), in electronic banking software "PROFICASH" and in digital document management "ELO"
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
