Energize are partnered with a global industrial manufacturing organization. Founded over 200 years ago, the company employ 10,000 people and generate annual sales of €2 billion. They operate globally, with a network of subsidiaries across Europe, North America, and Asia. In preparation for the upcoming S/4 HANA implementation, they are currently looking to hire an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant.

• Global conception, planning and implementation of the IT strategy for the HR system area

• Participate in the upcoming S/4 HANA SuccessFactors implementation project

• Complete integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Participate in the design and selection of new SAP SuccessFactors processes

• Advising business units on efficient processes in the HR system area

• Implementation and monitoring of all interfaces to and from SuccessFactors, using CPI and Integration Suite

• Error analysis and troubleshooting in SuccessFactors and in relation to the interfaces

• 3+ years' experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors

• Experience with one of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals and/or Compensation

• Good customizing knowledge

• Fluent German

• Excellent salary package
