We are looking for YOU as Welder (m/f/d) in DIRECT PLACEMENT for our well-known customer near Reichenbach / Vogtland.

Your profile:
- Completed training in the metal sector is desirable, e.g. as a locksmith (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), welder (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable
- Extensive experience in welding, preferably aluminum
- Welder's passes not necessary, further training paid by the employer
- Independent and quality-conscious work as well as teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a 3 shift system
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Preparation of work samples in accordance with regulations
- Setting of welding parameters according to technological documentation
- Supporting the welding supervisor in the preparation of welding documents for new start-ups
- Tack welding / final welding of individual parts and assemblies
- Quality control (visual inspection, dimensional control) and documentation of the results according to specifications and marking with personal stamp
