YOUR TASKS

• Independent set-up and operation of CNC turning and milling machines (mainly SHW milling machines)
• Working with Heidenhain controls
• Production of individual parts and small series according to drawings
• Selection and measurement of suitable tools
• Program corrections directly on the machine
• Quality control of the manufactured parts (dimensional accuracy, surface quality)
• Maintenance and care of machines and workplace organization

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the metal sector (e.g. machining technician, CNC technician)
• Several years of experience in CNC milling or turning
• Sound knowledge of Heidenhain controls is essential
• Experience with SHW milling machines an advantage
• Technical understanding and confident reading of drawings
• Independent and precise way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• German for internal communication
• Driving license B with own car

The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 17.28 gross/hour plus statutory bonuses.
