FP&A Analyst (m/f/d) - remote

The Clinical Diagnostics Division is looking for an FP&A Analyst III to provide support to the European Commercial Operations (GCO) organization. This role combines financial planning responsibilities with ownership of data reporting tools (Excel & Power BI), ensuring insights are structured, accurate, and actionable. Additionally, partner effectively with colleagues across Finance, Commercial and Marketing, sharing insights in a structured and collaborative way to influence decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and data focused technical skills (Excel & Power bi) with the ability to communicate complex topics in a summary fashion to drive actionable solutions. This role would suit an individual with a passion for data analytics and a real desire to build a career and succeed within a fast paced, innovative FP&A function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EU Sr. Commercial Finance Manager on planning cycles including pulse check, monthly FCST, MBR/QBR and AOP

• Refresh, maintain and continuously improve existing Power BI reports and databases developed by the team, ensuring accuracy, reliability and user friendliness

• Support analysis of EU Funnel and commercial opportunities

• Develop, automate, and scale data analytics and data visualization to measure business performances, share gain, customer acquisition / retention, win / loss, etc.

• Actively work on process improvement to streamline existing processes.

• Support Commercial presentations

• Perform ad hoc data analysis for business around customer, product, and market dynamics.

Profile:

• BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related field desired. MBA preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Data Analytics within a multinational environment. Experience with commercial analytics is a strong plus.

• Experience working in Finance Functions of a multinational publicly traded company, preferably in the Healthcare or FMCG sector.

• Hands-on experience building, modifying, and maintaining Power BI datasets, queries, and dashboards.

• In Vitro Diagnostics experience is valuable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to dive into details while maintaining a structured, big-picture view.

• Effective at communication and building relationships; skilled at turning data into actionable insights for non-finance interested parties.

• Collaborative teammate who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general mentorship against a framework of defined business objectives. Capable of prioritizing multiple projects at the same time and shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas.

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge and experience in financial reporting systems

• Proficient use of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proficient level of English is a must have. Working knowledge of any other European language is a plus.

• The ability to identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical-Process-Improvement

• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment

• Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with Regional Commercial Leaders
