• Management and strategic development of our global Colocation key accounts in the area of IT infrastructure (racks, cooling, security, etc.)
• Progress monitoring of key accounts, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth
• Development and execution of strategies for global account growth, working closely with regional teams to align business objectives and ensure consistent execution of account plans.
• Management of relationships with high-value global key accounts, ensuring that all aspects of the account’s needs are met with tailored solutions and service excellence
• Collaboration with internal teams (e.g. Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that terms and conditions align with both customer expectations and company goals
• Monitoring of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to position the company’s offerings effectively in global markets

• Completed studies in economics or engineering, alternatively comparable qualification
• Several years of international sales experience
• Industry experience and comprehensive market knowledge in the IT / data center sector
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good MS 365 knowledge, CRM knowledge an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team player with high customer orientation and intercultural competence
