In this role, you will be responsible for integrating data sources, designing data models, and ensuring that our process optimization measures are data-driven, reliable, and scalable. With the help of Celonis and AI methods, you will support the efficient design of our processes as part of the Transformation/Processes team at our headquarters in Herborn.
In this role, you will be responsible for integrating data sources, designing data models, and ensuring that our process optimization measures are data-driven, reliable, and scalable. With the help of Celonis and AI methods, you will support the efficient design of our processes as part of the Transformation/Processes team at our headquarters in Herborn.
Tasks
- Setup and integration of data sources from ERP/CRM/supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, Salesforce, etc.)
- Development and maintenance of data models and ontologies for process evaluations (e.g., order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, inventory management)
- Analysis of existing data pipelines in terms of latency, completeness, and data quality: identification of data gaps, inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks
- Design and implementation of data-driven analyses and apps (possibly involving machine learning algorithms and AI)
- Optimization and scaling of ETL/ELT processes to make data transfers more efficient and reliable.
- Performance tuning of PQL queries/transformations in Celonis to increase efficiency
- Development of modular, reusable data components and transformations
- Implementation of Celonis automation technology to optimize processes and increase compliance
- Monitoring of Celonis process metrics, creation of dashboards and escalation mechanisms
- Support for data engineers/business analysts and training on the use of the Celonis platform
Job profile
- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, information-oriented business/economics, mathematics, or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, IT consulting, data integration, or similar roles
- Experience with the Celonis platform or a strong interest in learning about Celonis-specific technologies
- Experience in interdisciplinary work with stakeholders, specialist departments, analysis, and IT
- Knowledge of SQL/PQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in big data, data mining, and process mining
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Excellent analytical skills, good organization, and quick comprehension
