The site specializes in producing high-grade hydrogen peroxide and related catalysts for use in healthcare, industrial disinfection, and other critical applications. Operating under strict GMP and ISO standards, the organization is expanding its quality assurance team to support its growing GMP operations.

Role Description
We are seeking a QA Officer to strengthen our QA department. In this role, you will perform operational QA tasks within the GMP quality management system, ensuring product quality, compliance, and timely release of batches. You will be the link between QA, production, and management, supporting GMP operators and ensuring adherence to quality regulations.

Responsibilities
- Review and archive batch records, inspect finished products, and handle GMP-related deviations.
- Act as delegate to release PH finished products in the absence of the QA Manager.
- Provide daily guidance to GMP operators and foremen on quality matters.
- Review, update, and archive GMP documentation (procedures, forms, regulations).
- Support ISO system improvements and ensure a dynamic QA archive.
- Contribute to timely delivery of products and effective customer communication regarding quality-related issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally within chemicals, pharma, or biotechnology.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, GMP).
- Hands-on experience with product release, documentation, and deviation handling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide operators and collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to occasionally work in production areas with protective equipment.
