For the logistics department of Helios Versorgung und Logistik GmbH at the Herzberg site, we are looking for a part-time gate employee (m/f/d) with immediate effect and initially for a limited period of 12 hours/week.

Warm welcome of the patients

Operating the telephone system; processing and forwarding inquiries

Information center; providing information to patients (e.g. directions, services of the clinic)

Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail

Administrative patient management

Administrative activities (e.g. managing the cash register, input and output of patient telephones)

Monitoring the alarm systems

Good IT skills, e.g. in Word, Excel and SAP

Ability to work in a team

High level of motivation and identification with the tasks assigned

Reliability and social skills

Constant patient and service orientation

Reasonable personal demeanor towards employees and patients

Impeccable certificate of good conduct and proof of measles vaccination

Willingness to work early and late shifts, weekends and public holidays
